How to play
Swipe to slide every tile on the board at once. Two tiles with the same number merge into their sum when they collide. A new tile appears after each move, so the board fills up fast — the goal is to keep merging upward without running out of room.
About 2048
2048 is the original sliding-number puzzle, rebuilt from scratch with a difficulty curve and a feature set tuned for one-thumb mobile play. There's no fixed board size baked in — the shipped build is tuned from a classic 4×4, with room to offer other sizes as a difficulty option.
A limited pool of hints lets you undo a move when a swipe goes wrong, and a single watch-an-ad continue gives you one more shot at a personal best before the board resets. Every run can report to Play Games leaderboards and achievements, but none of that is required — the game plays fully offline and without signing in.
