By downloading, installing, or playing any WNAF Games title (2048, Sky Flyer, Word Trail, Sudoku, Nonogram, Block Drop, Snake, Four in a Row, Ludo, or Carrom), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the game.
Our games are intended for players aged 13 and over. If you're under the age required by your country's laws to agree to these terms on your own, a parent or guardian should review and agree on your behalf.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play our games on devices you own or control, for your own personal entertainment. This license doesn't give you any ownership of the game, its code, or its content.

We may suspend or terminate access to online features for an account found violating these rules.
Some games offer optional purchases — removing ads, unlocking content, or in-game currency. All purchases are processed through Google Play Billing and are subject to Google Play's own purchase and refund policies. Purchases unlock digital content within the game only; they have no value outside it and can't be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash.
Four in a Row, Ludo, and Carrom let you play real-time matches against other players over the internet. We don't control who else uses our games, and matches are made anonymously (no names or profiles are exchanged). We may make reasonable efforts to prevent cheating and abuse, but we can't guarantee every match is free of connection issues or another player's bad behavior.
All original art, audio, puzzle content, and code in our games belongs to WNAF Games or its licensors. Nothing in these terms transfers any of that ownership to you.
Our games are provided "as is." We work to keep them stable and bug-free, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we're not responsible for issues caused by your device, your network connection, or third-party services (such as Google Play) being unavailable.
To the extent permitted by law, WNAF Games is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our games. Our total liability for any claim relating to a game is limited to the amount you paid for that game's purchases in the 12 months before the claim, if any.
We may update a game or these terms over time. We'll update the date at the top of this page when the terms change, and material changes will be noted in the relevant app's Play Store update notes. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the updated terms.
You can stop using a game at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate your access to online features (not local play) for violating these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which WNAF Games is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where local consumer-protection law requires otherwise.
