Race your tokens home.
Roll a six to bring a token out of base. Move a token the number of spaces you rolled; landing on an opponent's token sends it back to base, unless it's standing on a safe square. Get all four of your tokens around the board and into your home triangle before anyone else does.
Ludo plays 2 to 4 players, local pass-and-play, against AI opponents, or online. Every dice roll in an online match is generated server-side, not on anyone's device — so no one can roll in their own favor.
AI opponents play a sensible game: they take a capture when one's available, otherwise push their most-advanced token forward. Mix human and AI seats freely in local play to fill out a four-player game on your own.
